Athletic Readiness & Recovery Programs apply to athletes of all levels of fitness, age and lifestyle.
We work with everyone - from the beginning athlete... just getting started, to those well established in their sport, along with actively competing
professionals.
Our programs are carefully considered, and customized to your specific physical and performance needs.
During our first session we will review your full Health History together. We will then assess your form by measuring your stride, observing your gait, range of
motion and standing posture.
This assessment is key in helping us determine which aspect of your training can be enhanced during our treatment sessions.
We then use this information in the following Acupuncture and Body Work sessions, as we address your constitution, biomechanics, nutritional and lifestyle
recommendations with a follow-up plan.
Starting a new fitness program is both exciting and challenging.
We suggest coming in for a basic assessment & treatment, to ready yourself before starting in with any new plan.

All three are physically necessary so that your muscles can repair, rebuild and strengthen after exercising.

Treatment of Chronic or Intermittent Injuries - It is best to identify and treat
potential problems early on. An injured body can develop compensatory physical habits, causing the interruption of a new program.
Endurance, flexibility and recovery are the focus with our Professional Athlete treatments.
Our goal is to keep you injury free and strong, as you participate in your sporting event.
