When you arrive, take the elevator to the Second Floor.

Turn Right out of the Elevator down the hall

Our Offices are the first open door on the left
- Please come in, and make yourself comfortable in the Waiting Area.
We will be out to greet you shortly.
Our Policies
Cancellations
- We strive to be courteous with your time, and do our utmost to accommodate our patients in the time available.

For this reason, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advanced
notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows others who might need the appointment, the opportunity to schedule in the
available time.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fee.**

- Our goal to to have our clinic environment be a tranquil place for you to retreat to, leaving the stressors of busy NYC life outside for a short while.
- Please help us to do this by turning cell phones to vibrate or off during your time at the clinic.
- Let this be a time for you to step out of your everyday, and take a little time for yourself.
