CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 Hours Notice when Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment.
Your advance notice allows those on the waiting list, or patients in need of an immediate appointment to take that time.
Appointments Cancelled or Rescheduled with Less Than 24 Hours Notice will be Charged our Full Fee.

COMPREHENSIVE CONSULT & ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT

Initial Visit $150

Follow-Up Visit $100

These costs include: Acupuncture treatment, Herbal consultation **, Nutritional assessment, Lifestyle recommendations and any additional Eastern Therapies, (i.e. Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Body Therapy, etc.) as appropriate.

NOTE: ** The costs for Herbal Formula's are additional, and vary depending on the prescription.

HERBAL CONSULTATION ONLY

Initial Consultation - New Patients $120* (Includes Complete Exam & Health History Intake - Without Acupuncture)

Follow-Up Visit - Established Patients $75* (Includes Follow-up Exam & Health History Review - Without Acupuncture)

*NOTE: Does Not Include the Cost of Herbal Formulas...

HERBAL FORMULA PRESCRIPTION

Prices Vary ($15 - $60) Depending on the Amount and Type of Herbs.

If You Have Questions or are not yet certain about scheduling an Appointment right away, consider scheduling a Complimentary Consultation (20 Minutes). There is no obligation.

This way we can answer any of your questions or concerns so you can best determine your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: A “Consultation” is an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the treatment process, and for us to assess whether your condition and needs can be met through our services.

A full “Treatment Plan” can only be determined with a full-length office visit.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

Full payment for services is due at the time of your Appointment.
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit and Debit Cards.

We work with all Insurance Companies provided they cover our services. Please give us a quick call and we will be happy to have your Insurance Plan screened as a courtesy (Takes 24-48 hours).
If you prefer, we can provide you with a detailed Billing Document ("Superbill") that you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
